Andrew Bashford
DIRECTOR & PRINCIPAL PLANNER
Andrew is an experienced planner with a career of over 20 years spanning district and regional government and private consultancy, including senior planning roles at Palmerston North City Council and Horizons Regional Council.[break]With prior experience working in farming and forestry, Andrew has a particular interest in, and understanding of, planning practice and environmental management and its relationship with the local communities and industries it affects. With a practical approach, Andrew presents complex information concisely, simplifying what is often a daunting process for our clients. He is a member of the New Zealand Planning Institute, an associate member of Forestry Institute of New Zealand and an RMA accredited commissioner.

Natasha Adsett
SENIOR PLANNER
Natasha can assist with all planning projects, from resource consent processing for district and regional authorities through to preparing resource consent applications for private clients. Natasha grew up in the Manawatu area and holds extensive local knowledge having worked at Horizons Regional Council for over 12 years before joining Evergreen Consulting in 2021. [break]With an organised approach, Natasha prides herself on streamlining processes and ensuring timelines are met through good project management and communication. As a business owner herself, running a successful heavy vehicle repair workshop with her husband, she understands the planning process from our clients’ perspective. Natasha is an intermediate member of the New Zealand Planning Institute and an accredited RMA Commissioner.

Daniel Batley
SENIOR CONSULTANT PLANNER
Daniel is an experienced planner with a career spanning across local government, private risk analysis and as an insurance broker. Having previously worked with both Palmerston North and Wellington City Councils, Daniel has considerable experience in planning for residential growth, processing a variety of resource consents and plan change requests. [break]With a pragmatic approach to projects, Daniel has a strong focus on ensuring robust processes are followed and good outcomes are achieved. Daniel is an associate member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.

Stacey Binsted
SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT
Stacey joined the Evergreen team following 13 years as part of the Horizons Regional Council Science Team. A Manawatū local, she has extensive knowledge of the region and has been involved in a number of Regional Council operations including regulatory functions, scientific research, policy development and effectiveness monitoring, emergency management and data collection, management and analysis. [break]Stacey is experienced in managing multiple projects, thrives on being organised and creating efficiencies where possible. She is a practical thinker who enjoys solving problems with creative solutions.
